How do you store single issues?

So today I picked up my DC Rebirth issue, and as an impulse, I also bought issue #1 and #2 of Dredd Dust.

This marks my first steps into single issues, moving from trade collections. I have my volume/trades pretty sorted, with an IKEA skinny bookcase that is perfect for my books.

however was looking for ideas and thoughts and suggestions on how people manage and store their single issues.

P.S. I'm going to IKEA this weekend after a house move, so IKEA hacks welcome :D

    Saw something like this

    http://www.ikea.com/ie/en/products/small-storage-organisers/storage-boxes-baskets/fj%C3%A4lla-box-with-lid-off-white-art-50292001/

Which seems to store comics well. Not looking to jump straight into buying cabinets, I've a cabinet coming with me in the move where a storage box like the above would fit.

Just wondering where do people pickup the plastic sleeves and stuff.

And also, if anyone has some cool ideas for comic storage. Won't be going mad money wise initially, until I start gathering a serious amount of singles.

I used to get them years ago in places like forbidden planet but recently I've been getting them on Amazon. Think they are about 6 quid. Handy for bringing your total over the 25e

As an alternative to purchasing long/ short boxes, I found that a particular box of 5 star peel and seal envelopes, from the office I work in, are the perfect width for bagged and boarded comics. I like being able to flick through what's in a box and they fit face forward on mostly any shelf, just popping out a tiny bit. If that kind of "recycling" is an option for you, try it.

A while back, Big Bang had resealable bags, which was unreal. I've run out now and they're not in stock at the moment but I defo need to get more. I bag&board all my comics and they go into small boxes I got from IKEA. I'll try post a pic later. They're handy enough; I've 6 boxes and they display nicely in my living room!

Got my first delivery form Big Bang of single issues, and they come with a bag and board, so I guess that is going to sort that problem out by itself :D

Just so happened to be in IKEA yesterday picking up a bookcase for the misses, and saw these little black box things for €3. They were in the storage area of the market. Picked up one and its turned out to be a nice way to store my comics upright.

i was looking at the cardboard boxes available but they seem pricey enough for cardboard

So yeah, saw this online. I like the idea of being able to quickly assess batches of comics, rather than having to reposition heavy boxes. That said, I've ben told that they get very dusty this way. I might try it out on a few comics for a while.
