Simple and robust FM radio for plant/forestry machines

Does anyone know if anyone makes a simple and robust plain old fashioned FM radio?

I'm looking to fit some sort of basic ICE into diggers and forestry machines, which leads to a few specific requirements:
Small, for fitting into awkward places.
Aux out/headphone socket would be great if possible, for when machines are being operated with the doors & windows open or off and the operator is wearing hearing protection.
No need for DAB or CD.
Aux in/USB port/Bluetooth of no great interest, but might be useful sometime.

    Multi-voltage (12v/24v) would be very cool! :D

Some sort of internal antenna is pretty much essential too, external things just get broken off.
Anyone know if these things are any use?
The small price makes me suspicious.
