    Im an old guy 33 lol living in cork looking to do some sprinting. I tried leevale but they cater for mainly very young sprinters half my age! Cit also. The main issue was the times didnt suit with work. Does anyone know a coach or group that cater more for masters sprinters? Ill never be any good at it but really like the training and just want a group to join or a coach! Don't mind paying!! Thanks

    If you were in Dublin, our group in DSD would cater to you. Can't advise on Cork though. We need more adult sprinting groups in this country.
