I bought 2x wireless mice on amazon about 6 months ago. One has died completely and the other is giving hassle and is probably about to die. Disappointed as it was the Best Seller in its category but good ratings and not the cheapest. But I cant see how I can go about sending them back. Can anyone advise?

If you got to Help, Need more help?, Contact us you can select your order, select reason, I find chat as the best option to contact them.

Thanks, so I went in and found the order - but it says: "This item is no longer eligible for return. The return window closed on 17 Mar 2016"
I bought them on 1st Feb 2016 so only a few months ago. I realise the time to change your mine and send back is over, but these items are actually faulty - only lasted a few months - so I want new ones!

    Any ideas?

Are you clicking on the button on the right of the item, Return or Replace? Don't do that, scroll down to 2 "Tell us more about your issue", select the issue after on 3 "How would you like to contact us?" select the best option for you.

I tested with an order from last year and worked for me. I selected Other Order Issues from the "Select an issue" dropdown and Something Else on "Select issue details"

Thanks, i ended up going on the chat and getting them to sort it but they had problems printing a return label. For €7 it might not be worth the hassle haha
