Replacement golf shoe spikes

Have an old pair of Adidas golf shoes - very comfy, but spikes well worn. Any idea where I can get new spikes? Fitting is large (9mm) plastic screw thread. Shops in Ireland don't seem to stock them and saw some on ebay in the USA, but postage rates are prohibitive (comparable to value of shoes!)....

Particularly interested in Champ Stinger (I think green pack is 9mm large thread)

    Any suggestions ?

Have you tried ordering through a shop.

American golf (albeit in liverpool) ordered my nike lunar 2 studs direct. As there was so many choiced best let them take the risk for a couple xtra quid

The aptly named golfspikesdirect.com is where I get mine. Good value and fairly quick delivery if I remember correctly. Main thing is that they have every possible type under the sun.

You could try this crowd, haven't used them before though, but based in the UK (Guernsey according to their address) so it might be possible to use parcel motel for cheap delivery, you would need to check as I have never used parcel motel...

I generally just go into local pro shop and hand him my shoes. Normally about 10 bucks and they do all the work for you.

10 quid is hardly royalty. I think if you were to buy a box of cleats you would probably pay the best part of that anyway!

Don't scrimp on spikes - some of the cheaper ones are garbage, very soft and disintegrate in months - Champ are the best IME
