Any chance there's a Dublin-Sligo bus that runs between midnight and 6 AM? :o

You are out of luck, the last bus from Dublin is 11pm from Busaras.

Agh. Bus Eireann leaves at 11:20 PM from Dublin airport but that's still a little too early as I have a flight arriving at 11:45 PM. Don't know what's the best way to go.

I was in the same situation a year ago i just got a taxi.I agreed a fare of 240 there was three of us so was not to bad unless your willing to wait around till 8 in the morning that your only option

Woah, €240 is a bit much. Petrol + tolls + parking will cost me around €80 in my car where as it would be just under €22 with the bus. The saving is not exactly huge, but could go towards some food and other things while I'm away.

240 is a lot our flight was an hour late not much we could do.we would of spent that on a b&b and a train ticket the next morning between 3

No buses I'm afraid till next morning.

Not being critical, but I would always check onward transport options before booking a flight.

My other options were getting another airline (+€120 or more) as Ryanair only has one flight to and from Riga per day, or having a layover in another airport, such as Liverpool - but in a case like that I'd have to pay twice for the same baggage and stuff.

Try get yourself a cheap hotel in Dublin for the night? E.g. Clifton Court on Eden Quay is showing as €65 a week from now.

I've been considering a hostel or something yeah. It would have to be something under €40, otherwise I'll just drive up with my car, pay for parking and stuff.
