    Hi Swagmire,

Yes it's true that the on campus block is female only as they are dorm style rooms with shared facilities (ie:bathrooms, showers, kitchen, sitting room).

Your best option for campus accommodation would be Courtbrack which is located just beside the new gates of the campus. You can find more info and booking details on Courtbrack here http://www.mic.ul.ie/adminservices/studentservices/accommodation/Pages/campusprivate.aspx

Alternatively a lot of first years will get accommodation in Ashdown Student Village and also City Campus Student Village. A simple Google search will bring up contact details for both.

Others on here will be able to give you options on all three options from past experience.

It is advisable to get your name on the waiting lists now as most will have full waiting lists by March/April (this will of course change when CAO offers are released)

    Hope this helps

I was wondering this too. There doesn't seem to be evidence of one on the website and stuff. I'd be interested in playing if there was.
