The rules state you can only claim up to 30 hectares. It also states you must have a stocking rate of 0.15 Units per hectare.

I had 100 sheep the last few years and got the payment, however last year I was told I didn't have enough stock and didn't get it.

I lost a few ewes over the winter before last and didn't replace. I now have about 94 ewes.

My question is do I need to have 0.15 LU across each of every hectare on my farm or will it be enough to have 0.15 LU across 30 of my hectares?

This is the old DAS payment, if anyone knows that would be great.
Theres not much out of hill ewes as it is.
