TG4 and 3Player not working?

    I cannot get TG4 to show up in the Play Store on either of my devices, Google Nexus 7 Android version 4.4.4 (need to update) or my One Plus X running 5.1.1. When I find it using Google Search from my PC and try to install it tells me it is not compatible with any of my devices, and I can see the ones I mentioned in the list.

    3Player on the other hand is installed on both, but after it opens I receive the error: 
    Something went wrong with our webcall. No data was retrieved. Please check your connection and try again.

    Is anyone else experiencing this?

    TG4 player hasn't been updated in over 2 years.
    Safe to say its a dead app, only compatible with Android 3.1 which is really old version which is why it won't show up on your devices.

    The TG4 player doesn't even appear in the Playstore on my devices these days.
