    Hi guys,

Wondering if you could help me with a specific issue i'm having.

I have an excel catalog with a main menu, linked to around 20 sub-sheets.

Because my users are not tech savvy (horticulture) i want to avoid using macros, to get around the enabling macros issue and the ensuing 20 phone calls every time i send the list around.

So to avoid that problem I settled with inserting objects and hyperlinking them to the sheet i want, by using the "Place in This Document" option in the hyperlink menu.

That all works fine in excel, but doesn't work in OpenOffice.

TL;DR / My question - How can i hyperlink an object to a specific sheet in an excel workbook, using a written address (or any other method) and have it work in both excel and openoffice.

    Any advice much appreciated!
