iTunes backup

    I want to upgrade my phone but want to backup my photos etc on my current phone. I don't have iOS (no space on iPhone-it's old lol) so I can't back on iCloud or Vodafone backup so I'm trying to do it on iTunes. However, my laptop decided to upgrade to windows 10 which isn't user friendly and doesn't give the pop up box when apple product is plugged in. I've tried searching in windows for the option to backup iTunes but to no avail.

    Any help Etc would be much appreciated as this is wrecking my head :)
