Rads heating even though zone valves off

    anyone any explanation as to why radiators would heat even though hot water zone is only on? Two zone system, one hot water and one heating. 8 radiators, 4 of which are heating with heating zone valve off. Valve not shutting fully?? Theyre brand new valves

    I didn't install, just called to try figure out the problem. Not obeyed from what I can see. Auto bypass is on the flow pipe to return pipe on cylinder above zone valve

    Any simple fix recommendations that wouldn't involve a full repipe?!

    Actually just looking at this again, would teeing flow to cylinder in above manifold solve problem? Want to be dead certain before I drain and do anythin as once I touch it its my baby!!

    Ye just take the flow out of the left manifold and tee into the flow at cylinder.
