Hi,
I'm new here and I saw a few topics with people talking about import goods from China, but I didn't find what I'm looking for...

I would like to import shoes from Brazil to Ireland...
Now... Country by country laws and rules changes, so what I would love to understand is... From where do I have to start? I asked to a few people... but they said all different things and I have a big confusion in my head now....
