Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lean to roof costs for extension

    Hi Folks. Looking for a ball park figure for the cost of replacing an extension flat roof with a lean to roof. The size of the roof is 20ft x 30. Anybody know how much it might cost for materials plus labor, rough figure? Much appreciated.

    Trocal warm roofs normally come in around €120/m2
