Laptop for Business (refurbished?)

I am looking to get 2 x laptops for business use, main uses would be excel programs and looking after online ordering, needs to connect to external monitor? Can anyone recommend somewhere to get refurbished laptops or would we be better off buying new with warranty? Thanks.

What's the budget? Do you have a Microsoft Office license? Or can you use free alternatives? (using libreoffice is fine, but it can cause issues if you send these documents to others who use MS Excel.)

I would be wary about going the refurb route if they're important business machines.
