I need some advice on the best thing to fix this.

Basically I scuffed the driver front corner bumper this morning turning down a lane way.

Whats the best way to get this fixed to look good and not damage the resale value. The options I think I have are

Lexus - expensive and will probably look to replace the bumper
Backstreet - cheaper but will spraying and blending in cause more problems down the line in a year or 2 if trading in.
Scratch repair job - not sure if this is even possible.

A lot of main dealers don't do their own bodywork, they farm the work out to an outside company.
There's nothing stopping a body repairer painting the entire bumper without replacing it. either way you will end up with the same paint finish as if you had got a bumper from Lexus that needed to be painted.
Try and find a bodyshop with a good reputation locally and see what they say.

    How bad is the damage?

Forget about a DIY scratch repair, will do more damage than good. If your in Dublin try Carcraft in Ballybough....
