Duathlon season is pretty much over now... there will be a handful over the summer including:

Belpark midweek afternoon series in Phoenix Park
    Donadea forrest series

Between that you should have 1/2 races a month until September.

There's a duathlon this Sunday 29th May in Dunboyne!

The distances are long but it's a great event. 10K run (lvoely rural route and very flat) followed by a 54K cycle, again flat, and finally a 3K run. It's the Frank Fagan Duathlon and all proceeds go to the Irish Heart Foundation. Last year was the inaugural event and it went down a storm, everyone loved it.

Check out www.facebook.com/frankfaganduathlon or message me for more details.

    Dunboyne, this Sunday, 10am!

Here are a few links to some events

Note that the cavankayakrun has a 1k kayak involved but relay teams can enter if kayaking is not your thing

The knockbride Duathlon is a great event with good prizes and refreshments afterwards.

Northern ireland duathlon runs many events throughout the year and many take place on motor racing tracks so these can be fast courses.
