Shower tray differences

So we need to make a decision on two shower trays within the next few days. The builder needs to know where to drill through the first floor to allow for the waste pipes. We are looking to have fairly flush with floor trays and have 60mm screed on floor so this should allow us use larger trays and still have a low profile…

What are people thoughts on Acrylic vs stone resin vs slate?
I notice some of them say stone resin but acrylic capped, what's the story with them?
