Cycling with Urinary Incontinence

    Mods, delete if not suitable.

Prior to having my prostate removed last Wed, I was on a pre-hab exercise regime in DCU for cancer patients and the exercise bike was my machine of choice.
I do a bit of cycling and want to resume in DCU on a rehab programme as soon as possible

I wonder does anyone here have experience of how to help with this problem from a cycling perspective.

I will have the problem, exact extent unknown and is time related, could take 12 to 18 months to "improve".
The medical strategy is to, quite rightly, focus on removing the cancerous material plus a margin, and any side effects are just collateral damage

    PM's welcome

    Thanks as always
