Awkward running style

We've recently noticed that our 6 year old doesn't use both arms when he's running.
He's reasonably synchronised when he uses just his right arm and his left arm remains fairly motionless close to his chest.
If he tries to use both arms when we ask him, both his arms fall out of sync with his legs.
He's otherwise good, can cycle, scoot, ski and has reasonable hand-eye co-ordination.
Is this common for 6 year olds and they develop full co-ordination as they get older or should we get a physiotherapist to have a look?

They are at the stage where coordination is developing. I personally wouldn't be worrying about it.
