What to do with an open kitchen cabinet

    I'm not sure if this belongs in DIY or some other section.

    The people who we bought the house off have taken their built in fridge freezer, we are left with an open cabinet, about 2m high, the internal width is 62cm so we can't get a standard door and internals to fit it.

    We are in 2 minds as to remove it and get a new larder cabinet or try and do something with it, maybe fit shelving.

    The last problem is that it is an old cash and carry kitchen I don't think they stock them any more.

    62cm is 620 mm so one extra, 18mm thickness of the material, as a vertical strip on one side, will bring you to 602
    one on the other side will bring you to 584 which should work with normal kitchen cabinet hinges.

    or any variation of the above
