wireless antenna receive and hotspot?

    Just wondering if its possible for a wifi antenna to be able to receive a wifi signal and send a wireless hotspot our aswell??

    Yes it's called repeating, you will half the throughput though

    Thanks is it standard on every antenna. Not sure much about them?? Just looking at them on ebay

    The routing software on the AP needs to support and allow it.
