Hello everyone just seeking for help and ask for prices and all.
I know these years the houses became very expensive especially in dublin, i am looking something around the dublin at the moment 30-40~ miles from dublin.
I am looking for detached house with a bit of land
But the price is really depends on location i know,
Would it be worth better build the house on the land how much around it will cost me to build a proper house not a paper one. I would able to get most of the good stuff from poland price wise. But still is it worth? Cheers for advice

It's cheaper to buy a house than it is to build one currently.
But if you want a house that you designed, on land that you want in a location that you want then building may be the only option and you pay the premium for that.

Pay more to build or pay less to buy an existing house. Paying more to build is the premium but has its pros in that you get the house designed the way you want it.

unless your from the local rural area... you will not get planning permission to build a new house on rural land within 30 - 40 miles of dublin.

You are probably right better off buying of a already builded house
