Just wonder has anyone have problems getting a refund from dreambox tv Ireland? It seems that there is no contact from them and you have to try and talk to <MOD: name deleted> who owns the company.

i would totally recomend smart tv ireland based in waterford got a box off them at xmas they email u all the time with updates and info never look back for sure well happy with there service f##k virgin and sky rip off

I was talking to <MOD: name deleted> and I'm not entitled to a refund, only a swap, if I want a refund I need to get a solicitor!

Talk to Joe so to speak but considering there's no company in Ireland registered as Dreambox TV Ireland it might be difficult to have any comeback at all.

The service overall, one person is telling you one thing and nothing is been done. Had no tv for 3 weeks. Asked for a refund, no one contacted me. Tried ringing, texting, emailing and fb but no one wants to deal with it. Just tried of been messed about. Service is poor, could be 2days when someone gets back to you. Emailed them in the 7 day trial for a refund but no answer. Just fed up!

It's all based on pirated content that is illegal, and available for free elsewhere if you know where to look. The whole premise is based on getting illegal streams of pay per view content. You have no comeback.

I'd guess that you are receiving the channels via satellite and not some IPTV setup. If so it would seem that the cardsharing server they have or resell is rubbish. I won't go into further technical details, don't want to annoy mods.

As everyone has said you really don't have much comeback as you are attempting to illegally receive channels, and they are probably not a registered company.

If you have paid them via card or Paypal you could do a chargeback or raise a dispute.

What make of android have yous got you don,t need that shower they only want your money once they have it good luck to ya thats there moto .

As always they will be as nice as pie anything just to get a sale .

Buy from local shops or from china direct or our friends over on world of satellite

Also goto aliexpress type in your box model and have a look how much they are on that site .

Just remember its not charity work there doing but thank god there,s still people out there that still have morals and are not just greedy feckers out to rip people off .

lads if it just a android box yous have just goto system settings then apps go down to kodi now you can uninstall if you need and can be redownload kodi from the Google playstore start from scratch again.

Also if want to wipe kodi but not uninstall it goto system then settings then Apps then kodi then force stop then goto clear cache use this to clean kodi now this will wipe kodi fully clean like a fresh install .

Its the only way to learn we,ve all been there and theres nothing you can break that a simple reset can,t fix .

I,am And Who,s selling pirate channels .

kodi is free the dogs on the street know that and what you do with it is your box is your own business .

Its the poeple making money on these boxes off people free work thats whats pissing people off in the kodi community .

Now i would,nt be preaching to people on how to watch there tv just letting them know .

And as this is a community forum with no vested interest that why i,am posting .

And i would,nt be standing in any Captian Morgan stance thinking i,am anything specail on here as there only boxes lets be relaistic and there be sold and adverts also .
