    Do they still have the track maintenence contract with Irish Rail?

    They have the contract to operate the track maintenance machines. As far as I know it was a 5 year contract from 2012 - 2017

    Yes, they were the only bidder for a track maintenance contract worth about €32 million over five years which I believe finishes up in 2017.

    Lloyd Rail did initially bid but pulled out early on due to not qualifying under new T&Cs of the contract.

    The terms were added after the initial tender to automatically disqualify Lloyds (according to Lloyds anyway) and make Balfour the automatic winner of the contract. Lloyds took IE to court to have it re-tendered but it was obviously unsuccessful.
