How do they get on the train? The gap is huge and a person on a wheelchair must find it extraordinarily difficult to use. A small person or a man with a waking stick would have a serious issue getting on. For most people you have to be very careful so what method is used to get them on. There is a portable ramp at every station, something like this one;

and there SHOULD be a man ready to lift the ramp in position, but that doesn't always happen.
