    Hi there
My husband has been contributing a small amount to a BOI pension for two years which we have just increased. The letter confirming the new amount and direct debit says 'this letter ought to be sufficient for the purposes of claiming tax relief under the Taxes Consolidation Act' etc etc
Been looking up on revenue how to claim tax relief (I have an AVC deducted at source as well as a HSE pension so I don't think I can apply) but can't find any info on what, if anything, we can claim back for him and how.

i had similar recently for my PRSA. I had to send revenue a copy of the letter showing the payments via myenquiry and from that they adjusted the credits for this year. For earlier periods it may be a case get a letter from the pension group saying what the payments were for the period and send this to revenue for the same period and ask for a P21 for the reveant periods
