I know Efibre from eir and sky fibre are both available. Since launch in the area about a year ago, sky has been quite good. Both services are up to100MBit (essentially it runs on the same communications infrastructure irrespective of the supplier). In real world use, on sky you regularly get 80MB downloads during daytime and 30MB(ish) evening and night time downloads. Good enough for lots of simultaneous netflix, and other video steaming. All in all, not too bad.
