He doesnt need to wait 2 runs to get a mark. If he wins tomorrow he is entitled to receive a mark.

He got a right beating from whip happy Codd in Punchestown. Wouldnt be surpirsed if it leaves a mark on him for a while to come.

    2:30 Lingfield.

A maiden race with a 1/5 favourite ridden by Harry Bentley, finished 3rd on its debut.

I think it will be beaten and at 7/2 I think Jam Session is brilliant value, previous bumper horse with a good bit of experience, albeit not on the AW.

I'd be surprised if the odds are similar come race time.

    2pt Win.

He's not entitled to a mark as a novice if he wins first time out. Novices and juveniles are exceptions

Perhaps a mod could merge the two threads ?

Rachel Blackmore has been pulling up trees! I think she has 1 ride left carrying 7lbs, so might be worth while keeping an eye out for her.

Let me clear up Moon Racer issue.I have received replies from my emails to David Pipe/Phil Smith.Pipe"due to Moon Racers injury we cannot plan for a summer campaign because of ground concerns but will be aimed at all major races for the new nh season".Smith "a horse is not allowed to run in a handicap even if they win their first race as they require two runs to be properly assessed. Further restrictions kick in for a Grade 1 handicap unless it has had three runs".
