Wireless patch antenna on my house

I recently moved to a new rental house in Co. Meath, and there's a wireless patch antenna that's connected to a CAT 5E cable (please see attached photo). Does anyone know what kind of service uses this sort of connection?

Could be one of multiple FWA providers, check irelandoffline.org/map/ to see which WISP its likely to be pointed at.
