Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Really liked this guys stuff. Sad to see him go.

    He was a great performer. But often others (a country who's who really) took his songs and did a great job with them.

    He featured quite a bit in that great documentary Heartworn Highways.

    Gifted with his hands too as a carpenter. You see him fixing guitars in the documentary.

    A damn shame. Such a great songwriter who seemed to help other songwriters, like Steve Earle.

    Dublin Blues is probably my favourite song of his.
