    I have just received my Water Bill for the current period )01/01/16 to 31/03/16). I am living in the Cloyne area which is on a boil water notice  since December.  Yet, there is no allowance for this.  Please explain.

    Hi Riva10,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    If a property is affected by a Boil Water Notice or Water Restriction Notice for more than 24 hours, a 100% discount is applied to water entering your property.

    Please accept my apologies if this is not the case. In order to look into this matter, would you mind providing the following details:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Contact Number; and
    - Confirmation that you are the account holder.

    Thanks in advance,
    Niall

    Received my updated bill on Monday giving me credit for the boil water notice in our area since December.  Total owed €00.00.  Received another bill this morning for €15.62. Even though "The boil water notice" was in place for the full 92 days.  Irish Water claims that the boil water notice was only in place for a total of 47 days.  It's a pity their customers were not informed.  Can this be re checked and ammended as I have no notion whatever of paying for water with sewrage in it.
