Does this look like a scam?

We're currently selling some items - individually or in one lot. Looking for €800 and have an offer for €750. So after some emailing back and forth, we get the email below. Sounds a bit dodgy to me, almost too obviously a scam...

"Okay, Thank you. I’m satisfied with the condition. I won't be able to come and view it myself because I am currently away for work. But if can you guarantee that it is in a good condition, I will meet up with your last price. I know there are other buyers patronizing you already. This is more reason why I would like to get this as soon as possible. I will pay you through PayPal as it is the fastest & easiest way for me to make payment at this moment, do not worry about PayPal charges, I will take care of that and about the transportation, I shall arrange for a transport agent to come to your home directly for the pickup and transport it to my home in Rotterdam after I have made all the necessary payment and you have confirmed this on your account.
So if you accept this transaction, you should send me your info requested below if you have an account already with PayPal: -

    Name:
    PayPal Email:
    Mobile Number:
    Amount:

So that I can proceed with the transfer and then we can arrange for my shipping company to come for the pickup after you receive your money. I will need the address to for the pick up to be arranged.
    I expect your reply soon.
    Thank you."

    What do you think?

    Thanks for reading.

Ive got the same mail (not the exact wording but the same jist) and ive seen it posted up on other forums before. They normally offer higher than asking price though.

If you are in anyway unsure, step away

The only guarantee in that email is that it is a scam. 100% certainty. Absolutely zero credibility.

100% scam. Got a lot of very similar emails anytime I had stuff for sale online - motorbikes, cars etc. They'll try to pay extra and say it's for the shipping and ask you to pay it to a western union account. You'll get a fake email from PayPal saying the money has been transferred and sling you to pay for the shopping then. There's lots of variations on this if you look online.
