My Firebired popular boiler 14 years old has started leaking inside up top behind the baffle plate. Looking for new boiler how do the big two compare. Running 5 rads and cylinder. Ps is there any good sealer out there for sealing a leak thats dripping about every 5 seconds. I removed burner to find the bottom of the boiler is full of water and was dripping out beneath where the burner box enters the boiler. Thanks for any advice.

Oxypic sealer but it's temporary at best. If you're getting a new boiler go with the grant vortex 50/90 and get the installer to commission it and set it to 50k btu. You'll also have to change the blast tube but they're not expensive.

    Never heard of repa.
You have to change the blast tube to reduce the factory set output down to 50 instead of 70ish. You'll also need to adjust the air and pump pressure and need a flue gas analysis along with that.
