Eir TV Record no longer working

    Hi
    We got Eir TV a few weeks ago.
    We were able to record tv fine and even setup some series recordings (which are still working)
    But when we try to record (or series record) not it does nothing.
    No warning. It just does nothing.
    We are at 18% space on the hard rive.
