Afternoon tea in city centre

Looking to book myself and hubby in for an afternoon tea somewhere in the city centre for our anniversary. I know of the Shelbourne, Westbury and Merrion.
Any suggestions about which one is best? I heard somewhere ( perhaps Merrion) do a Gentleman's afternoon tea. Is that any good?
Also can you just order 1 tea between 2 people?

    Yep, that's no problem.

Have a look at Cleaver East as well.

I've tried a few and the one in the Westin is by far the best.
I especially love the "alternative afternoon tea"

    :)
