    Hi all

Today we decided to paint the stairs white. The upstairs bansisters doesnt have spindles so its like a wall. This means i cannot rach my hand through to paint the back of the spindles coming up the stairs

The problem im having is we cannot reach in behind the spindles in this area to paint them with a paint brush and when your walking up the stairs you can see the old colour in this area
has any one any advise on a tool i could use. Im thinking a tiny roller or something might be the answer.

Foam mini roller will do the job.

A dogs paw brush too, its a brush with a slightly angled head.

Use an old glove (literally as though you were "finger painting" the spindles).

If you are tight on room try a 4" fabric roller, they are a bit slimmer than a gloss.
