jvc lt32c350 dtt/mpeg 4 activation code

Friend of mine is currently on site doing some tv work, customer has new jvc tv that needs a 4 digit code to allow access to change dtt tuning to irish mpeg 4, it says in manual that code will be on reciept, but customer doesnt have it. Theres also a web address to go to but thats a dead link. Tv was bought in currys.…
