Another Monday, Another RAW, and right around the corner from Extreme Rules

    1. It's Club-bering time
Technically, The Club hasn’t won a match yet. But technically, that doesn’t matter since Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson demolished The Usos on both Raw and SmackDown, while AJ Styles held WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns to a draw in a standoff over a steel chair. With Extreme Rules approaching fast, Reigns is in need of a dominant display and, with Styles’ friends officially at his back, doing so is now easier said than done.

    2. New Day rocked
The New Day might have thought that, with their old-timey entrance music and handlebar moustaches, The Vaudevillains were more panache than power. They were sorely, sorely mistaken. Not only did Aiden English & Simon Gotch decimate The New Day and cost them a match on Raw, but English defeated Kofi Kingston in one-on-one combat on SmackDown after their respective partners were ejected. Suddenly, the Tag Team Title picture is neck-and-neck, and The New Day might need some extra P.O.P. to gain ground.

    3. The 'EnD' is here
Big shakeups are happening in the Women’s division, as Dana Brooke’s Raw debut officially turned Becky Lynch’s beef with Emma into a 2-on-1 affair. The Irish Lass Kicker caught a pair of lass kickings from the newly-christened “EnD” (Emma ‘n’ Dana), with Dana notching her SmackDown debut victory at Lynch’s expense. With the powerful pair poised to make life hell for Maiden Ireland, Lynch might find herself in need of some extra #straightfire — or, failing that, a tag team partner will do.

    4. Lights out
With all the beatings Chris Jericho has given Dean Ambrose lately, it’s difficult to remember that “The Best in the World at What He Does” is coming off a loss to The Lunatic Fringe. Defeat hasn’t humbled Jericho one bit, and he’s since bestowed “The Gift of Jericho” on Ambrose by trapping him in a straitjacket in retaliation for the destruction of his own light-up leather coat. Ambrose, for all his frothing rage, has yet to hand Jericho a truly definitive setback, and that’ll be tough now that Jericho seems to have his number. The sky seems to be the limit for “The Best in the World at What He Does,” provided, of course, Big Cass doesn’t come calling again …

    5. Caribbean cool
For months now, the WWE Universe has been receiving dispatches from Puerto Rico and the suave Shining Stars, Primo & Epico. Well, on Monday, the boys make the trip to the mainland for their Raw debuts, and with a burgeoning tag team division laid out before them, they’ll have the pick of the litter for their first opponents.

Was just thinking the Vaudevillains are actually coming across better here than they were in NXT lately. I know they were supposed to be turning more heelish at the end again so clearly they're continuing down that route.

So who will be called up from NXT this week ahead of Finn.

    Carlito

Oh man, watching Carlito at the Carlos Colon HOF induction, just a stark reminder that he is light-years more charismatic than his bland relatives. The difference is like Eddie & Chavo, and we've two Chavos.

I'd give Primo & Epico a year, year and a half until they end up being repackaged again, or future endeavored.

wwe are reporting that Emma suffered a back injury on Sunday. Were her and the beckster supposed to have a match at extreme rules on Sunday.

Seemed to be building to a tag, Becky and partner (Sasha probably seeing as they've been tagging a lot on house shows lately) v Emma and Dana. Not sure what they'll do now.

They are saying that she has a ruptured disc in her back and needs surgery.:( That's ****e for emma.

really appreciate shame for emma she has been great in the last while. I was enjoying becky/emma more than the tit'll feud

Sorry, I know it's a typo and I know what you meant but this type of feud sounds interesting as well

Robot Reigns and the Usos, hands down the worst main event faction in WWE history. Intolerable.

    How will they co-exist ?

Kevin Owens is brilliant. About Miz being his tag partner, "he's the worst one" :pac:

AJ really wasn't great on his own in that first segment. What writer thought him standing silent in the ring while tweets flashed up on the tron was a good idea?

What they hell am I watching.

New Day have jumped the shark. The fans are hating this nonsense.

Looks like the women's contract signing is closing the show. Didn't go so well last time they tried that.

    I miss WCW :(
at least it was accidently funny rather than accidently sh*t. wait it was accidently sh*t. ummmm, still - WCW!

And of course Gallows and Anderson lose, because fcuk everyone and fcuk everything, by god Reigns and his cousins have to look strong, sure Reigns even took out Gallows and Anderson at the end, sure AJ only managed to hit him with the chair because he was distracted. Jesus fcuking Christ, the sooner Cena (can't believe I'm saying that, but he is a better Reigns than Reigns is), Orton and Rollins come back the better!

Been six weeks since I watched and judging by the threads each week i'm not missing much.

McMahons everywhere and Reigns getting booed out of every building.

Why does anyone watch this show?

Ambrose vs Jericho in a TNA-alike cage match....

It strikes me that the "New Era" basically means solid but unspectacular, and, sadly, utterly missable. There wasn't one story that progressed in any meaningful way last night. For a go home show, if you skipped it, you'd miss nothing of note, really, bar a stip or two for the PPV.

Yeah strangely enough I find it grand to watch at the moment but there is really nothing to talk about afterwards

There is no new era though.

McMahons all over tv,, the same 50/50, distraction finishes, a guy no one wants as Champion. NXT people called up based on their looks.

The players have changed a little but it's the same ****e tv every week.

I must say, I am absolutely shocked and flabbergasted that Vince booked his stars to go over guys who made their name in other promotions.

    /sarcasm

Yep agree with the comments on here, the wrestling is pretty good but how much I care or how much it matters on a weekly basis is...meh

a "Steph anie, Steph anie" chant to end Raw... weird

wonder if how they are treating Rick will be the start of HHHs beef with Shane

apparently cena is back on raw the 30th and the other two a week later!

Orton and Rollins will probably be advertised too. God forbid we get a surprise return.

Dream scenario is Cena, Rollins, Wyatt and Orton all return at the same time and bury Roman and his awful, awful cousins to oblivion.

I turned it on last night, watched the opening segment, then when one of the many ads came on I switched to a different channel, and then I forgot all about Raw. The show has become so uneventful to me that it took me about a half an hour to recall that Raw was still on. I switched back and it didn't seem I'd missed much. Then I fell asleep during the next hour.

I just think it's so mundane right now. I don't perceive any of these guys as stars.

The WhatCulture WTF moments are more entertaining that RAW itself these days.

Find their Youtube channel to be embarrassing fanboy fodder tbh.

I really hope they don't announce Rollins' return. The other 2 you sort of have to, as they might get a boost in ratings but an announced return of Rollins ain't going to boost the ratings much

    Take that back

It's much better than any other wrestling youtube channel like wrestling with wregret, now that's just crap

I really like Reigns and Usos v AJ and Good Brothers.

We got good matches out of it, crowds are into it, AJ actually looks important, Gallows and Anderson are straight in the door mixing with the WWE champ, Uso's are revitalised, Reigns is actually looking good and booked well, overall the feud actually feels like opposing sides dislike each other.

I hope that rollins is not advertised too going to be a huge pop if hes not.

They have to advertise cena cause frankly why wouldn't you unless its a one off deal like at mania.

Orton im just not sure about anymore he seems like he doesnt care anymore but could be that he hasnt been a heel in a long time. always seems to not care when he is a face.
