Why are the ads so bad on Nova?

It seems they can't attract major brands and the ads they can attract are executed so badly. Very poor script & "acting". I normally listen toNova more than any other station so maybe everyone's the same but it seems to me like their severely lacking in attracting big names & therefore money.

Extremely poor agency sales representation and bad scriptwriting/voicing for their internal ads.
