    Hey lads ,

Just wanted to make sure. There should be no issue jumping an audi a3 1.6 with an audi a5 2.0 TDI?

    Cheers

It's fine, you can connect the cables and leave both cars off for 10 mins. Then remove cables and start the 1.6.

How I do it - no car running
    Red cable to giving car
    Red cable to receiving car
    Black cable to giving car
    Black cable to receiving car

If this doesn't work start the giving car and let idle for 5 mins.
Stop and then start receiver car.

I've done it with giving car running too, but above is "safest".
