She is hoping to go back 3 days a week but is struggling to find any part time roles advertised. Any advice for her or is it more realistic to go full time then try and drop…

Hi all,

A friend of mine moved back to Ireland last year whilst pregnant and left her job. She is now looking to get back into work as a data analyst.

She is hoping to go back 3 days a week but is struggling to find any part time roles advertised. Any advice for her or is it more realistic to go full time then try and drop back the hours in say 6 months?
