There were some off-topic posts about birth certs removed from the DCC housing list thread, and yours was one of them.

Mods aren't obliged to notify posters of deleted posts - they are just trying to keep the thread on track and on topic.

If you want to ask about birth certs, start a new thread in an appropriate location.
