Shares bought in your job

My partner bought shares in the company he worked for years ago and he was sent a certificate to say how many shares he owns. Thing is we do not have a clue on how to sell these/cash them in. Any advise please?

Contact the company and ask them.

If they are on the Irish or UK stock markets it should be just a case of going in to a stockbrokers and selling them.
