    Most merciful Lord,
Keep the vicitms of abortion close to your heart as their lives are torn apart, physically and spiritually.
Grant them solace in their time of need and keep us all strong in out struggles against such evils in the coming years.

I have a couple of close friends/family members who had abortions. Their lives weren't torn apart at all (in one case it was the circumstances of the conception where her life was torn apart, not the abortion), they don't regret the decision, and in all probability their lives are in better place now than would have been the case if they had gone through with the pregnancies. They probably aren't too interested in your prayers in fairness.

How about a prayer for all.of the unborn children killed by your god when he allegedly flooded the earth, or where there no pregnant women that year?

Let's spare a though for the institutionalised, raped and terrorised while we're at it.

Always wondered about that one. I mean, he's the creator of all things? Why not create a human-specific sterilisation virus, and make Noah and his lot immune?

What sins were the badgers paying for? The iguana? The kangaroo?

Let's also pray for those advocating abortion.May they find the compassion and morality needed to recognise that the unborn is as deserving as life as any other. That they may rid themselves of the flaws in ones character which causes them to attempt to ridicule, belittle and attack those who wish to preserve life and oppose this evil.

    MOD NOTE

Locking this thread as this is a discussion forum, and the initial post doesn't give much of an indication of what is up for discussion.

In addition, I'd ask people not to derail threads or engage in mockery of another posters prayers/beliefs.

    Thanks for your attention.
