Billing Error Apologies

    Hi All,

    Just got an bill with a line item itemising `Billing error - apologies` yet it has a charge of €30 applied - can you advise please?

    Also the billing has been an issue since we set up - signed up for pack through your store in Clonmel at €45 yet been charged €55 per month.

    DM sent with details - on verge of cancelling this account as several calls made already but no resolve.
