Swallowed something

Help I swallowed something i didn't see in my tea.

It wasn't a sugar cube as i don't take sugar. I don't know what it could be. There should be nothing but tea.

Will anything happen if i swallowed a fly?

The fly will lay it's eggs in your stomach lining and in about 2 weeks time the fly larvae will hatch and your stomach will be full of little bugs who will eat you from the inside out, some will die but others will turn into more flies who will mate with their brothers and sisters and lay more eggs. You will die and a slow and horrible death and there is absolutely no cure or treatment....probably.
