tattoo isn't fading, laser removal

Hi guys currently got my fourth tattoo laser removal last week and the tattoo hasn't faded one bit ! Its only a small black tattoo on my wrist but there seems to be no difference the place I go to uses nd.yag laser , I haven't a clue what's going on
