    Hi all,

has anybody here been evaluated by the NCEES in any state in America? I'm looking at starting the process myself but would be interested to know beforehand what is involved (paperwork etc...)

I'm hoping to qualify for the PE exam in Electrical and Computer: Power, or best case scenario (and most unlikeliest!) be handed a license.

    Cheers

Yeah, it's a submittal thing, where they'll request forms from the college to check you've met their requirements. At least that's what I made out from the site.

The exams are US based though.

Yeah there's a couple of different levels, but its not really a requirement for jobs. Be nice to have though, officially can't be down as an engineer without it.
