    Any advice for someone planning on taking a year out? I'm thinking of taking a break year after the leaving Cert and I've no job got.

    European Voluntary Service.
    Volunteer.
    Do something good.
    Have something worthwhile to put on your CV.
    Get paid an allowance at the same time.

    Travel costs, food and accommodation, pocket money, insurance provided by the EU.
